RENTAL AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

DRIVERS
Persons aged 21-75 may hire groups A full driving license which has been held for a minimum of 1 years must be produced at the beginning of every hire both parts.  Only the hirer or a person approved by us is permitted to drive.  Endorsed and foreign licenses may be acceptable. International driving licences are acceptable long as original document presented with it.

PAYMENT
All payments must be made in advance by means of a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Maestro Cards.

FULLY INCLUSIVE RATE.
Include Hire charge, Unlimited Third Party Insurance, Loss Damage Waiver and VAT.  The hirer is liable for any damage to the vehicle up to £500.00, £90000.00. A deposit of £500.00 is held at the beginning of every rental and a Credit Card is pre authorised for the balance of the insurance excess. You may reduce the excess to £100.00 by the purchase of Additional Damage Waiver at an additional cost.

MILEAGE
we offer unlimited mileage on all our cars unlike other companies who charge on every mile you go over the limit they allow you.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY
we can deliver you the car collect the car as you wish free of charge within the 30miles of our offices any location outside that we will charge £45 collection and delivery charge.

FUEL
The fuel cost is not included in our rates.  All our vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same way full.  Vehicles not returned full are charged at £1.70 per litre to refill.

Once you decide the choice of car you will be sent a form that you will have to fill in with all the agreement terms and insurance papers which will be collected by us when we drop the car of
